The Marine Radio Operators Certificate of proficiency (MROCP) is the Marine Radio Certificate required to skipper most commercial vessels.
If you wish to gain the MROCP qualification you can enrol in Radio as an individual unit at OTEN Maritime. The radio qualification is also offered as part of the Coxswain's and Master 5 course. You can access a read only version of the the MROCP Handbook free of charge from the AMC. See below.
